This website, run by Pand & Pleit Advocaten BV, Leuven, stores very little in your browser. This policy lists all of it, in line with Article 10/2 of the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Neither entry is sent to our server or to anyone else. They exist only on your device.
There are no analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media buttons on this site. We do not know which pages you read.
The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver the files, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser details, as with any web request. Google does not set cookies for this. If you prefer to avoid it, a browser extension that blocks third party fonts will not break the site; the text falls back to Arial.
The necessary entry needs no consent, because without it the site cannot respect the choice you made. The preferences entry is stored only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can withdraw as easily as you gave it.
Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page to open the banner again. You can switch preferences on or off there at any time. Clearing the local storage of this site in your browser settings removes both entries at once.
