Fixed fees
and where they stop

One price per job, agreed by email before we start. The second column shows what you pay once VAT is added, because that is the number on the invoice.

A fixed fee covers one clearly described piece of work. If the job grows, for example the landlord answers our letter with a counterclaim, we stop, tell you what the next step costs and wait for your yes.

We never switch a fixed fee to hourly billing halfway without asking. That rule is also in our terms of engagement.
